The Rockmart Historical Museum is having it's first Annual Christmas Tree Festival beginning November 9th and running through the end of the year. This festival will feature a series of decorated trees, from the whimsical to the very formal, as well as a traditional Christmas Village and Train Set, all set among the museum's displays.
Welsh Christmas Cards, baked goods and cider will be on sale at the November 9th Open House to benefit WELSHfest 2014.
Contests and games for the young of all ages: Make a Memory Ornament, Guess how many Candies are in the Jar, Coloring Contest and much more.
Be sure to choose your favorite style of tree on display, and vote for Best Dressed Tree. The winner will be announced at the Christmas Parade, December 6th.
An Open House will begin on November 9th from 10 am until 4 pm. The Christmas Tree Festival is free and will be open Monday to Saturday 10 am unitl 4 pm after November 9th.
